The UNIC Residences accept ALL students from the University of Nicosia from all parts of the world. Eligible Students must be over 16 years old and enrolled at the University of Nicosia as a part-time or full-time student.

Off-Campus
The Accommodation office assists students who prefer, or may need off campus Accommodation. These off campus buildings are owned by private landlords who provide the office with their properties. Most of these buildings are within the vicinity of the University.
Off Campus Accommodation includes a variety of options, ranging from a room in a shared house to privately owned blocks of apartments.

The landlord's contact details will be on the leaflets that will be given to you at the Accommodation Office.
You may contact the landlords directly to arrange a viewing. The reservation process will be directly with the Landlord. Read your Tenancy Agreement carefully before you sign and make sure that you understand the terms that it contains. Terms will vary from one landlord to another. You are advised to inspect the building before making any payments or signing a contract.

Students have a wide variety Off Campus Accommodation depending on the student’s preferences and budget.
Shared Accommodation in apartments or houses range from €300 to €500 per month, depending on the type of apartment or house. The Accommodation Office may assist in finding a housemate/flat mate to students searching for them.
Single One bedroom apartments range from €450 to €750 depending on the size and type of apartment.
Prices off campus Accommodation usually exclude utility bills or common expenses. Students will be expected to pay their own utility bills separately.

To register at the CSC, there are prerequisites: 1. you need to have your CV ready and, 2. attend the 3 CSC mandatory trainings. Please watch out the calendar on UNIC website to find out the dates of the seminars or contact us via careers@unic.ac.cy to let you know/register for the seminars.
If you fulfil the requirements for CSC registration, then you need to fill in our CSC career application form. Please contact us for more information at careers@unic.ac.cy
To book an appointment with the CSC the same prerequisites apply as for registering with CSC, please see FAQ 2 above. Once you have those, please contact the office at careers@unic.ac.cy or careers.assistant@unic.ac.cy to arrange a ВЅ hour appointment.
There are prerequisites to apply at the University of Nicosia as a student assistant, meaning you have to fulfil eligibility criteria. Please email careers@unic.ac.cy to obtain more information.
Once full-time or part-time openings at the University of Nicosia have been announced, you need to contact the HR Department of UNIC, Ms Maria Odysseos at odysseos.m@unic.ac.cy or Ms Irene Koliandri at koliandri.i@unic.ac.cy. You can alternatively let CSC know of your interest at careers@unic.ac.cy

The CSC offers every semester to students/alumni free of charge trainings on how to create a professional CV. The CSC can also advise and guide you with professional CV templates and CV reviews, provided you already have a CV based on CSC guidelines discussed during the CSC mandatory trainings.
